Exercise your Body to Exercise your Mind

Posted on 16. Nov, 2009 by Mary Lutz in WAHM Biz Tips

This afternoon I purchased the Fat Loss Quickie program from Scott Tousignant. I can’t wait to get started! I inflated my exercise ball this evening and I have to get some hand weights, which I will do tomorrow.

The main reason I purchased the program is because I really want and need to lose some major poundage! Working from home on my computer all day really has me stuck to my computer chair and I don’t get any exercise at all. Scott’s workout program is convenient and delivered right to my inbox. Not to mention the fact that you get a new workout delivered everyday! So, no longer do I have to do the same boring workout every day like I do from workout DVD’s.

Another reason I purchased the program is because it’s so inexpensive! You’d expect for a one time cost of under $20 not to get very much, right? Wrong! You not only get a new set of workouts delivered to your inbox every day, you alsoBannerFatloss200x250 get free access to the Fat Loss Quickie Private forum for members only, plus motivational mp3’s. All that equals all the support and then some that you’ll need to help keep you motivated and excited about exercising. If you’re like me, I don’t get very excited about exercising, so I need all the motivation I can get! And the Fat Loss Quickie program does just that!

And the final reason I purchased the Fat Loss Quickie program is because it’s been proven that when you exercise your body, you also exercise your mind. The endorphines released during exercise help your brain to think clearer and increases your memory function, as well as helps you to be more alert.  I don’t know anyone who doesn’t want that?!

Exercising your body can actually improve brain function, which will help you in your work at home business. You’ll be able to get more done in a day, be able to focus better and stay organized, as well as think more efficiently, which will in turn mean more profit in your business.

So, if you’ve been looking for a convenient, easy to follow exercise program, delivered right to your inbox, Fat Loss Quickie is the answer! Order yours now and be on the road to a healthier, and wealthier, new you!

Just an update on the above post. I went for a jog tonight. On my own. Only for 10 mins, but it’s a start. It felt good. Perfect temperature and I remembered that I did do a couple of jogs with a visiting cuz back in August. It was cathartic to write the above, I guess, so apologies for the length of it and thanks!

I only want to lose a small amount of weight. My big thing is toning up. I haven’t been this ‘untoned’ EVER. If I have an area I’m ’stuck’ in it’s with exercise. Since I became a Mum there has been this little repetitive record going around in my head “Get your heart pumping, get your heart pumping”. Four and a half yrs is a long time to be listening to and ignoring the message.

I’ve always been a bushwalker, but that’s not happened since I became a Mum. It will when Charlotte is older, but for now I love her to go everywhere with me (as much as is humanly possible), so bushwalking isn’t a good choice at the moment.

I love jogging, but not on my own. Excuses, excuses. I need to be arising a bit earlier and just getting on with it before I get into my Mummy role for the day.

I’m sooo tired all the time, but the catch is that exercise will help that condition. I know all the ’stuff’. Just don’t act on it, so kudos to you and thanks for another great post. One that makes me feel guilty LOL I’ll just add it to the Mum guilts for now. Now count how many excuses I’ve written right here. I’m not game to count and I can think of more!
