Mom’s Talk Affiliates and Mom Masterminds
Posted on 22. Sep, 2009 by Mary Lutz in WAHM Biz Tips
This is stop number six on the Affiliates Blog Tour – we’re picking things up after a brief hiatus.
Our thanks to Mary Lutz for hosting this stop on our tour!
This week, since we’re making a stop over on the blog of a good personal friend and fellow Mom Masterminds member, we thought it would be a great opportunity to talk about MM.
In some ways, this will be a shameless plug for Mom Masterminds – we hope you don’t mind
(We know Mary won’t!)
There are two really good reasons for Mom’s Talk Affiliates to become Mom Masterminds members.
First, because MMers are “The Hungry Women of Internet Marketing!”
Mom Masterminds launched in the summer of 2004. We just celebrated our fifth anniversary. Some of the moms who joined us in the early years are now quite literally ‘wowwing’ us with their internet marketing skills these days. Successful mom marketers like Nicole Dean, Tiffany Washko, Carrie Lauth and Melissa Ingold were all ‘newbies’ once upon a time. It’s exciting to think about where they’ve come from and where they’re headed – even more exciting to wonder who’ll rise up next to dominate their niche!
If you want to make affiliate marketing a priority, Mom Masterminds is a perfect learning and mentoring environment. There’s no better community for moms to find support and joint venture opportunities.
In fact, our new nickname ‘The Hungry Women of Internet Marketing” comes from a renewed determination to grow our passive income sources through affiliate marketing. We’ve just launched a new weekly accountability group for those who are focusing on developing more income streams that involve affiliate programs.
Second, because only MMers can promote the MM Affiliate Program.
The Mom Masterminds affiliate program pays a generous 40% residual commission on all regular membership fees. That’s $20 per month for every member you refer. It doesn’t take long for those numbers to add up. You have to be an active member of MM to promote and earn commissions.
The MM affiliate program dovetails nicely with the Mom’s Talk Affiliates program. We often recommend Mom Masterminds to our Mom’s Talk customers for continued learning and coaching. If you’re spreading your affiliate links for both programs around, there’s a chance that you’ll tag a referral for both programs.
Tishia Lee, Affiliate Manager for Mom’s Talk Affiliates and Kelly McCausey, owner of Mom’s Talk Network are touring the work at home web with great tips on affiliate marketing, check out the full tour schedule here.
