Efficient Web Tools: TaskBlaze

Posted on 20. Dec, 2008 by Mary Lutz in Efficient Web Tools

I just found this web tool that is excellent for keeping track of the time it takes to do tasks. For instance, I am using it right now to track how long it’s going to take me to write this post. I will also use it to time how long it takes to write posts I get paid for on other sites.

It’s simple to download and easy to use! It is compatible with MS Outlook. It tracks your time and when you hit the stop button it exports right to your schedule so you can see how much time you spent on that task.

This is an excellent tool for anyone who works from home and needs to track their paid tasks for themselves and their clients. I’m going to go hit the stop button now and see what happens. I’ll be back in a minute with the report.

Okay, so it exported the time as I labeled it for this post right on my calendar on today’s date! Pretty cool, but be sure you label the tasks so you can easily understand them. I labeled this one “efficient Wahm post” but a better label would have been the title of the post followed by which site I’m writing it for.

This tool is free! So give it a shot and let me know what you think!
